When you provide your personal data to another party, such as a finance broker, who then discloses this information to us for the sole purpose of reviewing your finance application, we will process that data in accordance with this Policy. In these circumstances, we are acting as the “Data Processor”.

How long will we keep your personal data?
We will not store personal data for longer than necessary. All documents containing personal and sensitive data will be securely disposed of following Data Protection principles. We will keep the data for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, in order to provide high-quality service. In some cases, we may need to retain information for longer to comply with legal obligations, such as Child Protection laws.
We will retain your personal information for up to seven years if you do not object or opt-out of receiving email marketing communication from us about similar products and services. In this case, we will store your personal information until you object or opt-out.
Who has access to your personal data?
We will never share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes apart from relevant information sent to us by successful tutor applicants needed for the third parties performing the Disclosure and Barring Service. We will only share personal and sensitive information with relevant persons to enable them to undertake specific duties. This may include interviewers, employees, volunteers, business partners, business associates and professional advisers, other voluntary and charitable organizations, analytics and search engine providers, as well as future subsidiaries, holding companies, or any other subsidiaries involved in our business. If WITH-IT TUTORS LLP or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets. If required to do so, WITH-IT TUTORS LLP will share personal data with legal authorities to reinforce Terms and Conditions policies and other rights and agreements.
